We’re gonna need a bigger… screen. This week sees the re-release of the cinema classics, Jaws and E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial on IMAX screens, to terrify and delight new generation. Speaking of terrifying, if you are in any way acrophobic, then you’ll want to skip the new film that starts in cinemas, Fall.

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial and Jaws IMAX re-release

As a huge treat for movie fans, two classic, culture-defining Steven Spielberg films are being re-released on not just the big screen, but the biggest screen you can get! From 9 September, cinemagoers can experience 1982’s E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (celebrating its 40th anniversary) and 1975’s Jaws (celebrating its 47th anniversary) in 2D IMAX cinemas for the first time. For the coming week, both films have two showings a day, exclusively at IMAX cinemas countrywide.
