It’s a long weekend in South Africa, and in terms of new cinema releases, audiences can choose between two very different types of crowd-pleaser: a feel-good period drama and a good ol’ Liam Neeson-on-a-rampage action thriller.
Downton Abbey: A New Era
From award-winning creator Julian Fellowes comes the motion picture event, and big screen sequel, Downton Abbey: A New Era. The much-anticipated cinematic return of the global phenomenon reunites the beloved cast as they go on a grand journey to the South of France in 1929 to uncover the mystery of the Dowager Countess’ newly inherited villa. The returning cast includes Hugh Bonneville, Elizabeth McGovern, Michelle Dockery, Maggie Smith and many, many more.
